Prayers of the People

The priests and the Levites stood to bless the people, and God heard them, for their prayer reached heaven, his holy dwelling place. --2 Chronicles 30:27

I call on you, O God, for you will answer me; give to me and hear my prayer. --Psalm 17:6

We fasted and petitioned our God about this, and he answered our payer. --Ezra 8:23
